What does the consultation cost?

Nothing. It is a free thirty minute call with Ardelia, and there is no obligation to buy anything afterwards.

Do I have to buy a program at the end?

No. The point of the call is to work out what fits where you are right now. Sometimes the honest answer is to start with a guide, and sometimes it is to wait. You will get the real one.

What if I am a complete beginner?

That is exactly who Ardelia built this for. She failed her PT test entering the military and started from zero herself, so beginning at the beginning is not a problem to apologise for.

How should I prepare?

You do not need to. Answer the form honestly, and if you want, jot down what you have already tried and what got in the way. Ardelia reads your answers before the call.

Why does the form ask for my phone number?
